Listen and Learn Sessions

Investing in People, Culture and Leadership by providing good practice guidance, tools and improvements at a national level for implementation locally.

As part of the National Fire Chiefs Council (NFCC) continued commitment to embed equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) across the fire sector, the People, Leadership and Culture Programme has continued to deliver a series of Listen and Learns (previously known as Lunch and Learns).

The sessions aim to increase knowledge and learning, share lived experience and raise awareness across a range of EDI and health and wellbeing topics, available to all fire and rescue colleagues, key partners and stakeholders.
