Product type: Strategic gap analysis

Link: NFCC launches new and improved Strategic Gap Analysis tool

When NFCC’s digital transformation was initiated, there were a number of areas of improvement identified. Merging the websites was one priority, but we also knew that it was important to improve those tools that services relied upon to carry out their day-to-day activities. One of these was the Strategic Gap Analysis, which services use to track their processes and procedures against the NFCC Guidance

Following a period of discovery and engagement with the sector, we have now launched the new Strategic Gap Analysis tool.

We held a number of workshops and conversations to engage with Service representatives to discover the improvements that they wanted to see.

Building a new strategic gap analysis on the same framework as our new website means that we will be able to continue to refine and improve according to end-user priorities and developments in the sector and the digital landscape.

The guide below will help users to navigate the new SGA,
