SGA Update

The following update has been pushed to the website following an enhancement request raised by SGA users:
- A new “Share” functionality has been introduced for Strategic Actions (SAs), allowing users to easily bring an SA to the attention of an Admin or Collaborator within their service. Users can now click the share icon located next to the SA reference number within the Gap Analysis Tool, select a recipient from their organisation, and send an optional, customised message. Upon sending, the recipient user receives an email notification containing a direct link to the shared Strategic Action.
- SGA Admins and Collaborators are now automatically subscribed to receive a monthly email summarising updates to guidance. The email includes a list of revised documents with clickable links and revision messages where applicable. Users can unsubscribe at any time.
