SGA Update - Strategic Action status visibility

The following update has been pushed to the website following an enhancement request raised by SGA users:

• The Strategic Action card view was updated to show key information at a glance. Users can now see the action status, assigned person and submitted by details directly from the card view, without needing to open each individual action.
