Terminology for fire control

The opportunity has been taken to amend any instances in the Operational Guidance and Fire Control Guidance of ‘fire control room’ to instead be ‘fire control’. There are a few exceptions to this, such as when the term ‘control rooms’ is referring to those of other agencies.
