Health and Wellbeing Framework

The next stage of work will be to begin the NFCC Health and Wellbeing Framework Project. This will seek to embed the priorities from the Recommended Key Priorities document by reviewing the recommendations, sharing good practice, and encouraging services to adopt new schemes to deliver positive outcomes for their staff. The Framework will detail a statement of our collective intent to enable individuals to realise their potential, be resilient, and be able to make a productive contribution to their service by ensuring that every fire and rescue service has access to the best guidance and support, so that they can provide top class wellbeing support for everyone who works for them.
