Share knowledge and learning

A key function of NFCC is facilitating the sharing of knowledge and learning across the sector and with relevant public and partner bodies to support the sector in continually improving. This thread is woven through organisational learning that focuses on capturing and analysing lessons from fire and rescue services to enhance the capabilities and knowledge of fire service professionals, to the development of guidance that supports the development of fire related national policies and learning materials that help services implement National Operational Guidance, improve firefighter safety and centralise development of training.
