After a hugely successful first event last year, we are excited to announce that the Menopause in Fire Conference is making a return this year!

The conference will take place on Wednesday September 11, 2024 with an optional networking dinner the evening before at the hotel.

The conference is being held this year in Liverpool and we have already secured Dr Rebecca Lewis from Newson Health to present again. The conference is aimed at individuals going through menopause or perimenopause and anyone wanting to understand more about how menopause may impact them and what they can do to look after themselves when they start experiencing symptoms. The focus of the conference is on self-care and support during menopause with topics such as fitness, nutrition and relationships.
