NFCC PPE Conference
12th – 13th May, Crowne Plaza, Stratford-upon-Avon

We are delighted to confirm that our next PPE Conference will take place on the 12th and 13th May.

The event will begin with registration and networking at 9.30am on the 12th with the conference sessions starting at 10:30am. A networking dinner will take place on the evening of the 12th, and the conference will end by 3:30pm on the 13th May.

This important event will see the launch of the new National PPE supply framework and look to develop common understandings how firefighting PPE protects and how it may need to develop further from new threats such as contaminants. It is an opportunity to help advance the PPE agenda, share technical learning, and reinforce our collective commitment to firefighter safety.

This conference content is intended for those in Procurement, Health and Safety and Managers, within Fire and Rescue Services, but we welcome anyone with an interest in the content.  If you know of people in your organisation who have never attended an NFCC event and would benefit from attendance, please pass the information on.

Any non Fire and Rescue Service staff will need to purchase a delegate ticket at the commercial rate.

Suppliers to the sector

We will be offering the opportunity for suppliers to the sector to promote their products and brand alongside the conference. Information on event sponsorship and exhibiting is available on the link and can be booked in the ticket options.

PPE Conference Sponsor Package Information

Important Booking Information: Please do not book tickets that state ‘Bookable by NFCC Staff only’ – these tickets are for speakers and can only be booked by the NFCC events team. If you book this option you may be charged an additional admin fee to correct the booking.

Bookings can be made via credit card or invoice with a PO number (PO number required a minimum of five days prior to the event). Please send PO numbers and event queries to events@nfcc.org.

Cancellation

Delegates – within 7 working days of the event no refunds can be provided.
Exhibitors – We are unable to accept stand cancellations within 21 workings days of the event.

Venue Accessibility

Conference facilities are located on the ground floor of the hotel. A ramp to the hotel reception and ground floor is located at the front entrance of the hotel car park.
