National review of community risk methodology across UK Fire and Rescue Service

We worked closely with the NFCC Community Risk Program Practitioner Group, who evaluated a number of anonymised submissions for questions that would benefit from practitioner knowledge in their assessment. These are reported where appropriate throughout the report. Members of the Practitioner Group were: Martin Ward-White (West Midlands FRS), Robin Clow (Northumberland FRS), Keith Roddie (Scottish FRS), Nick Smith (West Yorkshire FRS), Sam Burton (WMFS), James Finch (Kent FRS), David Wyatt (London Fire Brigade), Will Doolan (West Midlands FRS), Scott Donegan (West Yorkshire FRS), Iain Bowen (West Yorkshire FRS). These individuals were selected because of their work within their FRS’s Community Risk Management teams so have sector experience, and knowledge and understanding of the process of constructing Community Risk Management Plans.
